The PlumbTech Story: Built on Purpose, Driven by Integrity

PlumbTech LLC was born from a deep desire for freedom—freedom to pursue meaningful work, to serve others, and to build something better. For years, I poured myself into a large commercial plumbing and HVAC company. I worked tirelessly, often harder for them than I ever did for myself. I took pride in pulling my weight and looking after the business. But over time, a persistent itch grew inside me—the urge to break free and enter the open field of the free market, to succeed or fail on my own terms.

Beyond the job, I was also deeply involved in mentoring Christian youth. Yet, no matter how hard I worked, I couldn't carve out enough time to serve them the way I wanted. That calling was—and still is—one of the most important parts of my life. I needed a change, not just for myself, but for the people I cared about. So, from day one, PlumbTech was never going to be just another company. I was determined to do things differently. Too often in our industry, companies stay busy—frantically completing jobs—while leaving a trail of disappointed customers behind. I’ve seen it time and time again, and I knew there had to be a better way. At PlumbTech, quality comes first. If a job can't be done right, we simply don't do it. Some of the jobs I’m most proud of are the ones we walked away from—because the customer was asking for something unsafe or substandard that we couldn’t, in good conscience, put our name on.

Our vision has always been clear: to raise the standard, not follow it. That path isn’t easy. In fact, it’s incredibly hard. But we believe the only way to stand out in this industry—to be more than just average—is to build a truly great team. That’s why our motto is simple:
